Register of clients
You can enter a new client directly into the records, or FIRA will automatically store it when you issue an outgoing invoice or offer to them for the first time.
That way, you can reuse the customer information when creating your next invoice. If you add the client's email address, you can email the PDF invoice directly from the application.
Register of products, services or projects
Store all information about your products, services or projects in the product registry.
You don't have to enter everything in advance; you can add products successively, when you create outgoing invoices, and download them from the register.

Download an overview of all products or services, together with all information, in an Excel spreadsheet.
Excel upload
If you already have a list of your clients and/or products, you can easily upload them to the FIRA system using an Excel spreadsheet.
To get started, download our Excel file — it contains the exact form to fill in with your customer or product information.
You can also download the Excel file directly from your client or product registry by clicking on the button in the upper right corner.
After downloading, carefully fill in the table with the necessary data. It is important that you do not change the format of the file (eg colors, fonts or styles), and empty fields must remain empty — do not fill them with symbols such as "-" or similar markers.
Products or services
Download the Excel form to upload your products or services. The form contains an example of one product. It is not mandatory to fill in all the fields, but please note that each line with a product or service must be unique. It is especially important that the number of products in the first column is not repeated , otherwise oploading the Excel file will not be possible.
Unfortunately, uploading Excel files can be very sensitive.
