FIRA offers different roles that have different rights to view and process data.

FIRA Owner has access to all functionalities of the selected package.

If you want an employee to record his working hours per client or project, then use the FIRA Employee role.

FIRA Employee can also create invoices and record expenses. At the same time, only invoices and expenses that were entered with the FIRA Employee role are visible to the user.

You can choose FIRA Finance if you want your external accounting to have access to all outgoing and incoming invoices, your bank account transactions, or access reports. FIRA Finance can partially access the settings, but cannot add a new user or delete a business entity.
