WooCommerce
WooCommerce is the most widely used e-commerce system integrated into WordPress websites. A large number of additional plugins makes it highly customizable, which on the other hand leads to less standardization.
FIRA supports the integration of a standard WooCommerce webshop via WooCommerce webhooks, which send all the necessary information to generate offers or invoices to FIRA's API.
Shopify
After WooCommerce, Shopify is the second most popular e-commerce system, known for its user-friendliness and greater standardization, which simplifies integration with FIRA. Data is also sent via webhooks to FIRA's API.
Custom
If you use another webshop system, have created your own webshop or sell through your website, you also have the option of connecting to our API to automatically generate offers or invoices.

Webhook is a way of automatic communication between two applications. When a specific event occurs in one application (e.g. a new order in the webshop), the webhook immediately sends this information to another application via an Internet address (URL). This enables fast and efficient data exchange without the need for manual intervention.
In FIRA, you can specify the generation of offers or invoices for two events:
- Order created – when the customer places an order
- Order fulfilled – when the status of the order in the webshop changes to 'completed'
This gives webshop owners more flexibility in workflow management.
