1. Introduction
This privacy policy is intended for all users of the FIRA App and explains what happens to your personal data, why it happens, and how it is handled. It also informs users about their rights and how to exercise them.
We, as the company FIRA Solutions d.o.o. (data controller), collect and process the data of our FIRA app users fairly and transparently, in accordance with applicable regulations. This privacy policy describes the data we collect and the purposes for which we collect it.

The security and privacy of your data are extremely important to us, and we protect your data with modern security technology.
2. Definitions

3. What data do we collect?
When you use the app by accessing it through the website, we collect the data necessary for end users to access the app and for FIRA to be fully functional for you. All the data you enter into the app remains your property. FIRA enables the export of your documents that are stored in the Application.
When you register as a new user or as an authorized person, we require your name, email address, and password. The password you choose is encrypted and thus inaccessible to us.
After registration, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the following data may be stored and processed on Microsoft Cloud servers used by FIRA Solutions d.o.o. for the FIRA app:
Data about the business entity of the end user:
- Name;
- ID;
- Tax number;
- Address;
- Email;
- Phone number;
- Account number (IBAN);
If the end user links a bank account to the application:
- authorization access token;
- transactional data of the end user’s bank account;
all the mentioned data is updated four times a day to ensure that end users always have the best insight into their transactions and account balance.
Customer data:
In the application, you have the option to maintain a register of your clients and use client information, for example, to simplify the issuance and management of invoices. These can be business entities or individuals. If you use this functionality, we may process data such as the client’s name and identification number, address, VAT number, as well as the client’s email and phone number.
If any of the aforementioned data constitutes personal data, you guarantee that you are authorized to use such personal data, that you have informed and directed the person whose personal data you have stored to the content of this Privacy Policy, and that we may process them in accordance with the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy without the obligation to take any further actions.
Data about authorized persons:
In the application, you have the option to authorize other individuals. We also collect the personal data of the authorized person so that they can create a user account and that the Application is functional for them.
Furthermore, we may collect certain data (statistical information) when you use the Application:
- information about the devices you use to access;
- information about how you access and the IP address;
- information about the software you use (operating system, browser type, etc.);
- other technical data;
- measurement data about how (what) and when you use the application;
- other data that we use to provide you with the best user experience;
- other data that you voluntarily share.
4. How do we use the data we collect?
We use your data to:
- activate your user account in the application;
- for some of the FIRA functionalities, such as issuing invoices (business entity data);
- to provide assistance;
- to contact you through FIRA or other channels;
- that we can continuously improve the Application (related to statistical information).
5. Who besides us has access to your personal data?
You share your data with others if you initiate it in the Application and thereby give your consent. For example, when you send an outgoing invoice, you share the data that is on the invoice.
Additionally, no one has access to your personal data except FIRA Solutions d.o.o. and our partners who develop the application with us.
6. Where will your data be processed and how long do we store it?
Your personal data will be processed within the European Union/European Economic Area (EEA). Your personal data, data about the business entity you represent, and all the data you have entered into the application will be stored until the purpose for which they were collected is fulfilled and all contractual rights and obligations are met, or until the expiration of the periods prescribed by legal regulations.
7. What are your rights in relation to personal data?
You always have the right to:
- to access your personal data
- to delete personal data if they are no longer needed in connection with your business relationship with us
- on the up-to-dateness of your personal data with us, and you can request changes if appropriate
- on the restriction of processing and the right to portability of personal data
- to file a complaint with us or with the competent authority (Agency for the Protection of Personal Data, Selska cesta 136, 10 000 Zagreb, email: azop@azop.hr, website: www.azop.hr).

8. Amendments and additions
We are continuously working on improving the application and introducing new features. For this reason, the method of data collection, storage and processing may change. In line with the changes, we will adjust our Privacy Policy and notify you in a timely manner. The latest version of the privacy policy will be available on our website.
9. Security
The security of your data is extremely important to us. We use technical and organizational protection measures to protect your data. Unfortunately, no security system guarantees 100% efficiency. We need your help to maintain security. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal information is accurate and that your passwords and registration information are secure and that you do not share them with others.
